Determined admissions arrangements for 2012-2013
The determined admission arrangements for an admission authority are the full set of arrangements which set out how schools for whom it is the admission authority will admit pupils. This includes the published admission number (the maximum number of pupils who can be admitted to the relevant year group), and the oversubscription criteria.
The admission arrangements for all Bristol community and voluntary controlled schools for admission for the first time in September 2012 have been determined and can be accessed under Related documents on the right.
Consultation on School admission arrangements 2013/14 runs until 1 March 2012
Under the School Admissions Code Bristol City Council is responsible for setting the admission arrangements for all schools for which it is the Admission Authority; that is, Community and Voluntary Controlled schools in the city.
