Why not walk or cycle to your local centre. This is also a great way to warm up gently. Cycle parking stands are located at all Everyone Active centres and pools.

Take an online photo tour round the newly refurbished Kingsdown Sports Centre to see what the facility has to offer.

New sporting FUNdamentals sessions for children under 11

Using different activities such as badminton, tennis, basketball, athletics, tri-golf and indoor kurling, the aim of the programme is to help children learn the fundamental skills of movement and sport. The sessions focus on the overall development of the child's physical capabilities, learning movement skills and the ABC's of athleticism - agility, balance, co-ordination and speed.
