Group exercise classes are FREE to all monthly and annual paying members (excluding courses and yoga). Alternatively, “pay and play” members, pay for each group exercise class they attend.

New classes
New - Yoga on Mondays at 6.15pm
New - Dance Academy for children Fridays 5pm-5.45pm (5-7yrs), 5.45pm-6.30pm (7-9yrs), and 6.30pm-7.30pm (10-15yrs)
New - Dance class for adults on Wednesdays 7.30pm
Dance sessions are a mixture of street dance incorporating some aspects of breakdance.
