Heritage Lottery Fund and South West Regional Development Agency

This joint City Council and Heritage Lottery Fund grant programme operates in Stokes Croft and Portland Square. The programme has grant aided repairs to a number of historic properties including 35 Jamaica Street, the post office in Stokes Croft and the City Road Baptist Church. Details of the programme can be found in the THI information leaflet. The South West Regional Development Agency is a partner in the THI as part of an overall regeneration strategy for the St Paul's area of the City. The THI is now focussed on the completion of these grant schemes.
